Volunteer |
Volunteers are the heart beat and the soul of Justice & Mercy. There's a place for you to serve as an individual, part of a small group, as a business or an organization. Choose from a wide range of opportunities (even those needing to fulfill community service hours). Individuals with varied skill sets provide useful services, meet people with shared values while being a blessing to others. Justice & Mercy relies upon a network of friendly, spirit-filled volunteers to help fulfill its mission.
Volunteers Services – Justice & Mercy always needs volunteers to assist with PPS* inmate visits, mentoring and support. M2536P (The Matthew 25:36 Project) volunteer group activities include Whoopie Pie and Chocolate Cross Day preparations, Lancaster County Prison Corrections Week and keeping current with legislation and prison reform topics. How you can get involved – Call (717) 823-3808 during regular business hours to sign up and attend next scheduled meeting. Questions? Justice & Mercy welcomes individuals who have an interest in criminal justice service and are willing to expand the role of Justice & Mercy’s within the community. *Pennsylvania Prison Society |
